All rebalancing calculations, targets, and allocations are generated based on mathematical formulas using data inputted by you. You retain full, exclusive responsibility for your investment decisions, trade executions, and the physical custody of your family wealth.

2. User Responsibility and Account Security

To utilize the Service, you must sign in securely via our supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree that all investment data, holdings, exchange rates, and targets inputted into Wabi are managed directly by you. Wabi does not verify the accuracy or timeliness of user-provided data.

3. Disclaimer of Market Data Accuracy

To assist you in quiet tracking, the Service may aggregate third-party market prices and currency exchange rates. While we strive to source high-quality data, we cannot guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any market values shown.

You should not execute real-world trades relying solely on Wabi without independently verifying the current market execution price and security parameters on your custodial brokerage platforms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wabi, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment underperformance, trading errors, system downtime, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your reliance on the Service.

5. Governing Law and Sanctuary Etiquette

Wabi operates in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in system abuse, scraping, or disruptive actions that compromise the quiet stability of our sanctuary.
